Electrical Engineering department introduced in the academic year 2010-11, the Electrical engineering department has made smooth progress in establishing its identity in this region in particular. The department has got many university toppers since its inspection from 2010,staff from branded government institution has been recruited to deliver quality technical education. Working high voltage lab is no where in vicinity. Nearby polytechnic and even engineering colleges are also the beneficiaries of our department. Students are also pursuing higher education abroad .Department has made many MoUs with local industries as well as industries in outer regions like Tata power skill development institute (TPSDI).
