During preparation period I joined as a visiting lecturer @ Govt Polytechnic Dhule, that help me a lot for preparation and I Get qualified for 5 consecutive GATE examination’s 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 . I also cracked UPSE IES pre and main but failed in interview..It was disappointing but very soon I came out of the that. Then I got opportunity to complete my M-tech @ COEP (mechatronics ) and also @ BATU lonore (Thermal and Fluid Engg) but I was not interested for masters from inside, because my main target was govt job preparation, so decided not to do so. Really very hard to handle ourself in such tough decision making situation, but finally again I decided to continue for the same….. Meanwhile I cracked RRB ALP ( secundarabad )and also Technical Engineer @ ONGC(PSU of India)
Again the conflict day came in life, which job should I join … Railway or ONGC.?…and yes surely I opt for ONGC ..(my dream job). I joined it ..I enjoyed 6-7 month offshore life…super experience like Hollywood movie mission and Helicopter landing officer as well as working as Energy soldier of Govt of India .Now one more glad ..cracked MPSC RTO AMIV exam and got joining order for that …..again it’s chance for me to join for new experience and new life….I joined RTO Nandurbar …..I just joined 2 month before but due to Covid 19 ..training extended and now doing duty @ checkpost as Covid 19 warrior. Now still preparation is going on ..best is yet to come..
so the thing is just believe in yourself, knows your strength and for success, no other option rather than hardwork . Focus on target and work for it . Make quarantine to yourself till the goal is achieved …
I am on duty ..so not going into details experience . Best luck to you all..
Our Pride Alumni,
Miss Ashwini Nikam, currently working as an Assistant Inspector of Motor Vehicle
(MPSC Batch 2017 ), Transport Department, Government of Maharashtra Read her success story in her own words………!!!!
I remember the day on which this journey started, and today I feel very excited to share with you all, my story, how unsuccessful events made me successful.
Hello everyone myself Miss. NIKAM ASHWINI ABASAHEB, Assistant Inspector of Motor Vehicle (MPSC Batch 2017 ), Transport Department, Government of Maharashtra.
Before going to the path and journey of success I just wants to tell all of you, whatever success you will achieve in your life, always remember your past, remember your family, teachers, friends everyone who knowingly or unknowingly contributed in your success.
“There are no limits to what you can accomplish, Except those limits you place on your own thinking” so ” *Think Big, be Big* “.
Yes ,everyone in life get best chance and I got same to make it golden chance .
Same as many of you I also belong to common man family with father as retired headmaster, mother as retired teacher. In June, 2012 I passed my 10+2 exam , not did well, result was so unsatisfactory. But as my good destiny waiting and I got admission for mechanical branch in Godavari Foundation’s.where I had great teachers, colleuge as good family. And here my journey started and today I am thankfull to all my cooperative and supportive teachers, staff and my helpfull batchmates of such a good institute.
*You don’t have to be great to start but you have to start to be great* .
After finishing degree as usual, I also had big question what is next ? but I was knowing one thing I have good degree from good college and for which I was waiting. That day came , I packed my bags and went to pune. Initially I heard people are studying for 3 to 4 yrs for MPSC but still not get good rank and many more such things. When I heard this I loosed my confidence, I felt I lost.
On next day I feel failure is not crime , but if I will not try that will be crime.
I started to study hard, I gave many exams of MPSC. I failed , failed and failed for 3 exams. Yes, that make my life more problematic. As living away from family, eating in mess, no celebration of festivals and many more devotion. It’s going to be hard, but hard does not mean impossible. Inspite of that harder life and hard study I was in dark of failure. I feel now over, I can’t do this. Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.
I got big unsuccess , but that tought me bigger than success and what I learned from my failures, those things made me to fight again. In 2016 MPSC declared exam for AIMV And I boosted my confidence, started my study in more harder way with many more devotion. I still remember those moments of life which were toughest in my life. I still remember the day, on 8th of August 2017 I went for main examination, when I was entering to exam hall, all my days of hard work , all those devotion in my life gave me flash back , felt very bad but I decided in mind today I have to convert all my hard work , all my devoation in success. Yes, and that was the life changing day of my life ” *31st March 2018* ” it happened and I realised *The ones who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones that do* . And i got rank 11 in Maharashtra . “Opportunities don’t happen. You create them.
So, dear aspirants I would like to share 5 things that u should always keep in mind –
1) There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.
2) Before anything else the *Preparation* is key to success.
3) Great things never comes from comfort zone.
4) Don’t stop when you’re tired. Stop when you’re done
5) Dream it, do it and get it as only you can change your future .
Keep trust on yourself, success will surely be yours. Wishing you All The Very Best for your golden future.

Our pride Alumni, Miss #Meenakshi #Patil, M Tech in VLSI Embedded System, pass out of 2016-17 batch. Let’s known her journey in her own words……..!!
Hello friends !!
This is
Meenakshi Patil Chaudhari, M.Tech. (VLSI & Embedded System Design)
course, passed out in Yr. 2016-17 with Distinction from GF’s Godavari College of Engineering, Jalgaon.
I had completed my graduation from LNCT – Bhopal, M.P in 2013 with 75%. Though I was bright student in College, I could not clear Campus Interview of my dream company Tata Consultancy Services popularly known by its acronym TCS. It was typical looser feeling, which occupied my mind then but thanks to Parents who always stood with me. Time heals all the wounds. I too was able to come out of this failure and moved further to Mumbai to pursue additional course in Automation. Being girl and that too from typical orthodox family, this was time my family was considering for my marriage. I too decided to embrace this new responsibility in life and nodded for parents decision. I am lucky to have loving and caring husband who not only encouraged but also supported in every possible way to me in pursuing my PG degree. Meanwhile nature played its role and by the time I could secure my admission in M.Tech. (VLSI & Embedded System Design) course, E&TC Engineering dept in Gf’s Godavari CoE Jalgaon, I was already looking forward for new responsibility of Motherhood in life. During my first semester, we were blessed with a baby boy and this time it was In laws team came forward supporting me for my education.
My College days were kind of BEST OF EVERYTHING for me. Was in nice college pursuing course of my interest, had price of my dreams in the form of husband and supportive in laws on home front. Most precious gift from almighty is a loving son and it was more like icing on cake. What else any girl would want in life?
I was inspired & guided by research attitude teachers during those days and got published my innovative final project work in renowned SPRINGER international journal. This journey was like a fun with knowledge more than that a matured & innovative education for me. During this time only, I realized why we consider GURU RUN (TEACHERS DEBT) as one of the most important in our life. We all know time flies like anything but I still felt, it was yesterday only I came out of our college. My college not only gave me formal education but also polished various facets of my personality, which are helping me in my professional as well as personal life. We all know diamonds are result of lot of pressure on carbon, _but our College have mechanism to transform students like raw stone to polished gems and that too without using any kind of abraser_
After completing my PG, I had couple of carrier options as well as jobs in hand but was confident enough to wait for my dream job of teaching which I got soon. I am passionate about teaching and decided to wait for teachers position than more lucrative IT job, which was never cup of my tea.
Currently, as an Assistant Professor, I am enjoying teaching for Undergraduate Engineering students in Vishwatamak Om Gurudev College of Engg. Mumbai.

Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success.” * If we all take this as a Gurumantra definitely we will got success.

But unfortunately in the 2nd sem I was suffering from jaundice and and I was facing the big problem like year drop,it was very disappointing for me and my family.but very soon I come out from that,it was not easy without trust of my family members on me, and for that i
thankful to my all family member.

Our pride Alumni,
Mis. Bhagyashri Borole, BE(E&TC)
pass out of 2011 batch. Currently working as #HR business partner in Holidayme company at Pune# Let’s know her success story in her own words…………!!!!
Being successful is the desire of all of us residing over this lovely planet. It does not matter whether the person is a child, youth or the old aged, at each and every stage of our wide life span, it is our inbuilt desire to be successful and proceed forward consistently towards more massive success.
The mentality of competing with each other can frequently be noticed at any of the places including schools, colleges, coaching, work fields including organisations, offices, etc to name a few. As a comparison to our efforts towards the works to get success, we often expect much more and want success to knock our doors very soon.
If in case, it does not happen, we use to get frustrated and finally get deeper inside the darkness of inferiority. Such a situation has been noticed among most of the people where regular and dedicated efforts have been ignored and merely the failures have been entertained.
Following the same life mantra, I Bhagyashri Borole – Chaudhari would like to share mine success story with you.
I remember the day when I started my journey with Godavari Foundation’s Godavari College of Engineering, Jalgaon. I’m happy to share the journey of mine. I’m an Human Resource Specialist and Business Partner by profession.
“There are no limits to what you can accomplish, Except those limits you place on your own thinking”.
Yes, everyone in life gets a chance and I got same to make it golden chance .
Same as many of you I also belonged to middle class family. My used to work as textile supervsior in an private firm and us still working as the same and mother is a tailor. Barely my family was able to earn 15000/- monthly income. Being an elder child of my parents, I had to support them to manage our finances and also to pursue my younger brother’s education.
Inspite of all this though time, one of my close uncle (masi’s husband) took the responsibility of educating me and asked me to come Maharashtra. I got distinction and was hoping to take admission in engineering but keeping the financial factors in mind I took admission in B.Sc Computer Science. Fortunately, I was lucky where one of my relative’s daughter and my sister Jyotsna Bhirud helped me in getting admission in Godavari Engineering College, after knowing all the fact. I got an admission in Electronics and Telecommunication branch in Sep 2007. I was almost late to start the college but still managed to cover-up.
I graduated my Engineering from Godavari in May 2011 with first class with distinction.
Destiny has always planned good for everyone hence we need to have patience and my journey has taught me a lot.
I am thankful to all the helping hands whom I have met in mine life and are the reason of my success. My family, relatives, teachers, staff members and how can I forget my friends and my batch mates. In addition to this, getting an support from the department professor is like an cherry on the cake. They always supported me by sharing their valuable knowledge and guidance whenever I needed it the most.
Post graduation, I came back to my home town, Ahmedabad and started the hunt for a job.
I struggled almost for 8months to find a job in my core field but had to face lot of rejections.
Later, after trying so much thought of enhancing the skill that I have already undergone. Yes, while pursuing my graduation we had undergone an 2days soft skills training of HR. And, this encouraged me to learn more into it and sharpen up my skills.
Everyone in my family was why you want to go for this. Move to different city and start your career there. It wasn’t that I was not ready to relocate but always had a thought. I wanted to support my family, hence I decided to leave with them only. As relocation may increase my expenses too.
It is very well said “Slow and steady, Wins the race”.
That’s how I started my journey of HR working with an small firm and later jumped into a corporate world.
I’m happy that I’ve been playing an role where I have got an opportunity in every step that I have taken in my 8 years of professional and personal life. Currently, I’m employed with Holidayme company as HR Business Partner in Pune.
Human Resources is a great profession – I’ll be the first to admit that, but I’ll be bias. We have a tough job to do; find and recruit new talent, train and develop workers, engage employees, resolve conflict, keep the company out of the court, and keep an eye on productivity. There are millions of HR professionals doing a great job every day. But Julie Bevacqua, Chief Revenue Officer has said “In order to build a rewarding employee experience, you need to understand what matters most to your people.”
Success always looks ahead of the silly excuses and puts itself forward than the created misconceptions. Success is the result of key determination and concentration while moving ahead in the path of working. Success starts when your work begins speaking for you.
Wishing you All The Very Best for your golden future.
Just remember,
“Nothing is Impossible”.
Our pride Alumni, Mr. Kapil Parse, presently working in Border Roads Organization (General Reserve Engineer Force ) in Ministry of Defence as Section Engineer (Mechanical). He has done his graduation in the year 2012 in Mechanical Engineering, from our institute. We wish him a proud life ahead. Let’s know his journey in his own words………………….!!!!!
Hii.., everyone myself
Kapil Parase (2012 Batch GF’s GCOE, Jalgaon) presently working in Border Roads Organization (General Reserve Engineer Force ) in Ministry of Defence as Section Engineer (Mechanical)
. First of all I want to tell, everyone that, every successful person have struggle in thier life before they got success. Similarly I also have the same. I belongs to a poor family background, my father drives an Auto rickshaw, & mother is a housewife and we are living in rented house in jalgaon city. My family doesn’t have any backup like farming land or anything else. But I was knowing one thing that, if you decide to change the difficult time/situation you should have clear vision/focus & ability to accept the opportunities with main motto(like my aim for Govt.Job). Following are three factors play very vital role in every strugglers (success Achievers) life 1)Willpower 2)Hardwork 3) Dedication/Steadiness. If we go with these three factors towards whatever we are doing in life then we can see that the nature/surrounding will also helps us to change ‘Bad’ time into ‘Good’ one. And this was just happened with me, when I got cleared my Diploma in Mechanical from Govt. Polytechnic Jalgaon & I decided to join private job in Company (Bosch Chassis systems, Jalgaon) to overcome the financial needs of my family, but alongwith that I also wanted to do my Graduation in Mech Engg. My family was not able to pay the fees once to get admission in GF’s GCOE, Jalgaon. I am very much thankful to our college authorities for accepting my request of paying fees in installments and also thankful for giving me permission to do a part-time job in company to overcome the financial needs. I had completed my Second year of Engg. alongwith part-time job, but my aim wasn’t yet completed, hence I continued to apply for Government jobs on diploma basis and continued preparation for examinations like SSC, Railway, etc. The day came in my life, I remember, I was in CAD/CAM lab & one of my friend who attended the exam with me informed me about the result published online. I got selected in BRO as Junior Engineer (Mechanical) I was so Happy, but alongwith that another conflict arised, that either I can complete my Graduation or left Govt Job. But again I immensely thankful to my college, specially, our Mech depts HOD Dr. V.H. Patil sir, Vice principal Pravin Phalak sir & Tushar koli sir & entire staff of Mechanical engg dept.and my batch mates who gave their un-forgettable Co-operations/Support to myself for completing my Bachelor’s Degree with Government Job. Now as the time passes rapidly (09 yrs after joining) the situation/status changed I’m shifted in my owned new Home and feeling proud to serving in India’s one of the best organization and shoulder to shoulder with Indian Army to building strategic infrastructure in Border areas like Arunachal Pradesh, Leh-Ladakh, Assam, Shrinagar etc.(places I served)
Lastly, I want to say for everyone “If you can dream it you can do it”…. Jai Hind
Regards,
Kapil Parase
