 Installation of the Student Association at  GF’s  GCOE Jalgaon

The Installation of Various Students Association was completed at GF’s GCOE Jalgaon on October 18, 2023, in the auspicious presence of chief guest  Shri  Bharat Dada Amalkar (Technical Advisor MSBTE Mumbai) and guest of honour  Dr.  Ketaki Tai Patil (Member Godavari Foundation). The purpose of a student organisation is to bring everyone together based on their interests and build relationships. Student organisations’ purpose is to create connections, expand skills, and explore different elements of university life while making lifelong friends.

The chief guest and guest of honour  inaugurated the programme with Saraswati Poojan and lamp lightening. Afterwards, the badges were distributed to all the newly appointed office bearers of all the student associations by the dignitaries. After that, the branch-wise student presidents introduced the student council of his department to the students and gave an overview of the programmes to be conducted through his council in the coming years through a presentation.  Nikita Baviskar (CESA),  Hemant  Zambare (MESA),  Kunika Patil (TESA), and  Lalit Patil (EESA) addressed the students. The President’s of All Students Association presented their views and agenda for the current academic year.

Then  Dr VijayKumar Patil, the principal, addressed the gathering, appealed to the students to give their 100%, and advised them to come up with new ideas for the betterment of the students. Today’s guest of honour,  Dr Ketaki Tai Patil, guided the students on this occasion and asked them to focus on overall development. The chief guest of the programme,  Mr Bharat  Dada Amalkar, has held many positions at different levels. He is working as a Management Council Member of KCE Society, a Steering Committee Member of the New Education Policy of Maharashtra, as well as the proprietor of Beta Associate Company and Chairman of Keshar Smriti Seva Sansthan. While addressing the students, Shri Bharat Dada Amalkar was given a mantra of success: “Never be afraid to declare your dreams, come out of the inferiority complex, think out of box, and work hard to achieve your goal”.

For the success of the programme, the Faculty Coordinators of the Student Council,  Prof Praveen Patil (MESA),  Prof.  Nemichand Saini (EESA),  Prof R V Patil (TESA), and  Prof Nilesh Chaudhary (CESA), worked under the guidance of Dr.  Nitin Bhole (Head of Department, Basic Sciences and Humanities) and  Prof.  Hemant Ingale (Dean Academics).

The program was moderated by Ms.  Ketaki Tikale and Mr. Purvesh Barhate. And the vote of thanks was given by Ms.  Simran Koli.
